JUNE 2010
Religions Working Together worked as volunteers at
the 2010 Run in the city of London. The race was run
by 2,000 people, all with the same goal - to help the
homeless.

Here is what CRISIS organiser wrote to us after the
event.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP
IN THE CRISIS SQUARE MILE RUN SERIES!!
We would like to say a massive
thank you to everyone who volunteered at the Crisis
Square Mile Relay and Crisis Square Mile Run last week.
The event was a huge success and will raise lots of
money to support the delivery of our life changing services.
Some 2,000 people turned up
to the event in the end, and many people commented on
how wonderful our stewards, route marshals and registration
staff were. Delivering such an event would not be possible
without your time, effort and help. We are lucky and
very proud to have such a dedicated team of volunteers.
We hope you enjoyed the day and hope to see you next
year at the 19th Crisis Square Mile Run!
Many thanks,
Rory McGrath & the SMR team.
Well Done Everyone who took part!
